Such services may include but are not limited to providing site inspections, collecting and removing items, transporting personal items to storage, vegetation removal, abandoned property/debris clean-up, transportation, and disposal of bio-hazardous and non-hazardous waste, documentation (written and photograph), and other services as necessary. It is anticipated that the city will have approximately 6-10 clean-ups annually.

The contractor shall guarantee securely transporting sensitive Personal Identifying Information (PII) data from point of pickup to the point of on-site destruction. Materials will not be allowed to accumulate of overflow from current holdings. In this event, the contractor may be contacted in advance to coordinate additional pick-ups.

The scope of the acquisition includes but is not limited to: Contractor must be licensed by the State of Virginia for transporting bodies/remains. The following is required for non personal services to transport remains of deceased Veterans at the Hampton VA Medical Center: Services will be made available twenty-four (24) hours per day, Seven (7) days a week.

The Contractor must use Government Vehicles, provided by CSC, for transportation purposes, this includes picking up the vehicle from its specified storage location at the designated Institution, picking up offender(s) from the designated Institution-Admissions and Discharge, transporting offenders and any personal belongings directly to their specified destination.

Air carriers must be Part 121 certified by the FAA to be considered.
