NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE - ROTARY SCREW TRAP DATA

FWS Pacific Southwest Region, 2800 Cottage Way, Sacramento, CA 95825 has an immediate requirement for Collect, Analyze, and Report Rotary Screw Trap Data from the American and Stanislaus Rivers in California. The Period of Performance is: 11/15/2018 - 11/14/2019 for the Base period with one (1) one-year option period.A firm fixed price contract is planned. This action is being solicited as full and open competition.

Replace/repair/upgrade steam piping, valves, pits, traps, pumps, insulation, controls, and other components. Survey and correct steam issues, pipes, traps steam leaks, flashing, etc. Integrate steam trap data logging and programming for improved monitoring, control, maintenance, and boiler operations. Evaluate and upgrade steam condensate recovery system as necessary, to include (but not limited to) hot well, flash tank, controls etc.
