The Coalition for National Trauma Research (CNTR) currently is the sole entity that possess the 64 studies of legacy data that will be used to further execute the central repository for clinical trauma research data resulting from federally funded military and civilian trauma research.
DARPA is soliciting innovative research proposals to provide de-identified clinical trauma data in support of a potential follow-on DARPA program. The Research Infrastructure for Trauma with Medical Observations (RITMO) program, will combine large-volume multi-modal sensor, intervention, and medical outcome data obtained from trauma patients during the early post-injury period into a single database.
The A&I Procurement Office will receive proposals for providing training on recognizing symptoms of secondary trauma and providing onsite and virtual critical incident debriefs, stabilization support and follow-up for the State of Wyoming, Department of Family Services (Agency), Social Services Division through the Public Purchase online bidding system. Proposals are due no later than 2:00:00 P.M. (Mountain Time) on May 13, 2024.
Each project should propose a unique approach to address the overarching challenge and be capable of producing research findings with potential to impact the visual system trauma research field and/or patient care. Preliminary data to support the feasibility of each proposed research project are required.› Individual research projects may focus on any phase of research (e.g., basic, translational, applied, clinical, observational).

The system must be able to securely store client names and demographic data, be able to communicate with State and Local partners, and be able to provide necessary reports required by State and Federal law.
