The Embassy of the United States in Kathmandu will launch the solicitation on FedBizOpps.This solicitation is to acquire Travel Management Services with firm fixed price transaction fees for official travel related services to all employees to the U.S. Embassy Kathmandu. The contractor shall furnish managerial, administrative and direct labor personnel to accomplish all work as required in the contract.
Embassy, Bridgetown has a requirement for travel management services for Embassy Bridgetown . The anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve months and three one-year periods at the option of the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered.
The scope of work includes a critical review of the existing TMS agreement at HQ, the development of Terms of Reference (TOR) for travel services, identification and selection of a vendor to oversee travel requirements, and the establishment of an effective contract.
Embassy in Hanoi, Vietnam has a requirement for Travel Management Service. The Contractor shall provide on-site services to the U.S. Embassy in Hanoi and the U.S. Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, for domestic and international air travel and ticketing transactions. Government shall pay the Contractor a transaction fee based on a fixed rate per transaction.
