This is a sole source solicitation for the Aerospace Dominance System Support (ADSS). The contractor shall furnish all labor, supplies, hardware, software, facilities, and other direct costs reasonablyrequired to accomplish Task Orders issued pursuant to the requirements contained in the Statement of Work (attachment 1) IAW anysupplemental PWS, and ordering procedures of this IDIQ.

The contract action was a hybrid inclusive of both fixed-priced and cost reimbursable CLINs. This action not awarded competitively as Zekaja LLC is a known 8(a) firm with the resources to satisfy the requirement.
