The City of Roseville (hereinafter “City”), is soliciting proposals for the replacements of five (5) Motor Control Centers (hereinafter “MCCs”) and two (2) switchgear at the Dry Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant (hereinafter “DCWWTP”). This will be a competitive negotiation process.
