These services may require expertise in the areas of air quality monitoring and air pollution control technologies, water quality monitoring and wastewater treatment technologies, stormwater management, Phase 1 and Phase 2 environmental assessments, indoor air quality assessment, industrial hygiene studies, asbestos abatement consulting, ordinance and regulation development, land development regulations, natural resources assessment or surveying,

The Town is the largest fully serviced urban settlement area within the County and provides a full range of services, including municipal infrastructure (such as water supply, wastewater treatment, stormwater management, roads and traffic control systems), public transit, fire, library, recreational and community services. Significant growth and development present unique challenges to the Town.

These facilities include ponds, underground storage, water quality structures, infiltration facilities, drainage infrastructure, and other best management practices as may be approved by the County for use in the treatment or management of stormwater runoff.
