The successful Company(ies) shall be required to enter into an agreement with the Town for tree planting and maintenance services, based on the specifications outlined in this document. Tree planting is funded through the State’s Urban Tree Grant Program supplemented by Town funds. Tree maintenance and on-call services are funded annually in the Town’s Operating Budget.
