Bids will be evaluated based off price of equipment, installation of new equipment, removal of old equipment from used vehicles, and monetary impact to the District over the lifetime of the vehicle (assuming one trip per year, per vehicle, at rate of $150 per driving hour) for District transportation for any maintenance or repair work to equipment. Vendors may submit a bid with equipment substitutions.

Contractors Must have or procure a reliable 4x4. 4x4 vehicles are required to access the site. Most standard F150 etc. can make the trip. Vehicles deemed inadequate will not be allowed to ascend the peak. You Must complete the attached access form and provide it to Melanie.M.Ramirez@usace.army.mil.
