Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) intends to award a firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) that establishes the terms and conditions applicable to Safety Footwear, sold from a contractor-owned, contractor operated, trailer or truck suitable for dispensing footwear to two NSWCCD locations that meets the specifications outlined below.
FOB Destination shall be in the Special Shipping Instructions.The MICC End User requires the following items, Brand Name or Equal, to the following:LI 001: Truck with the following characteristics: All wheel drive capable. Automatic transmission preferred, but manual acceptable. 4000-5000 gallon water tanker capacity. Capable of transporting, distributing, dispensing, and removing potable or gray water. Minimum of one hose for dispensing water.
The scope of work consists of the following: - Communicating with the fertilizer supplier; - Loading fertilizer from the Hill Creek tank farm to the truck; - Dispensing fertilizer from the truck into the reservoir from the Columbia ferry, including the installation of diffusers on the ferry; - Dispensing fertilizer from the truck into Kootenay Lake (North Arm); - Maintaining the tanks, valves, couplers and hoses at the Hill Creek tank
Fuel is dispensed to aircraft via personnel (currently the County owns an operational fuel truck dispensing 100LL) and 100LL is self-service pump. Jet A fuel sales may require after-hour fueling for various aeronautical platforms. Approximate Fuel Sale records are below: Jet Fuel sales average 4,500 gallons per month. (CY2017) 100LL sales average 10,415 gallons per month.
The Government requires delivery of Safety/Occupational footwear, sold from contractor-owned, contractor operated store front, trailers or trucks suitable for dispensing footwear at Naval District Washington Fire Stations. i
