JBE030, TRUCK OFFLOAD FACILITY, JBER, ALASKACONTRACT INFORMATION: This is a pre-solicitation notice for a one (1) Step Best Value, 100% Competitive 8a Set-Aside. Proposal (RFP) to construct a truck offload facility at JBER, Alaska located within the existing Bulk Fuel Facility north of Airlifter Drive.
Each truck offload skid shall have three offload connections to facilitate simultaneous offload of multi-compartment trucks. Each skid will be capable of offloading a commercial tanker truck at a flowrate of 300-gpm for a total of 1200-gpm receipt into bulk storage tanks.
The Naval Facilities Engineering Command Marianas is seeking eligible firms capable of performing a Design-Bid-Build construction project to construct a fuel truck offload facility capable of offloading six (6) commercial trucks simultaneously for a total capacity of 3,600 gpm and two (2) truck fill stands with a total truck loading capacity of 1200 gpm.
This project has been awarded to TFS APTIM JV LLC in the amount of $21,445,996 for construction of a fuel truck offload facility at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam. The work to be performed provides for the construction of a fuel truck offload facility to deliver a redundant supply source for jet fuel. The basic project components include the fuel truck offload facility and associated piping and equipment.
