To be included is the use of vacuum trucks and any machinery needed to wash tanks. The service is to be done on an as-needed basis, but historically has been done three times per year in July, September and November. All administrative costs to be included in bid price. No other charges will be allowed. Vendor must have all necessary permits required to transport and dispose of such material. All vendors must visit site prior to bidding.
