Description: The Baltimore VAMC require Preventive Maintenance and Repairs of its pneumatic tube system. The Vendor shall be responsible for the repair and maintenance of the tube delivery system and its related tube components which shall include, but not limited to test runs, lubrication, tube replacements, clean, adjust, and any other requirement necessary to maintain the ongoing support of the pneumatic tube system.
