Tuckpoint the loose and open mortar joints at the brick wall. Remove the deteriorated sealant and re-seal window frames. Remove the loose mortar and sealant from the door and window joints and re-seal. Remove the deteriorated sealant from the window frame and various joints with new sealant. Reseal the coping stone joints. Tuckpoint the open mortar joints. Remove the deteriorated sealant at the window frames and re-seal.
Tuckpoint all joints on the sand-colored exterior brick, including the inside parapet walls. The Buckstaff has approx. 8600 square feet of sand-colored brick on each story and sides of the Buckstaff bathhouse. See Division 4 for procedure for removing mortar and tuckpointing procedures.
