Due to cracks in the concrete, when the chamber is full, multiple leaks are present, allowing water to enter the pit. Due to the nature of equipment, there is grease and hydraulic fluid on the interior surfaces of the buildings. The surfaces must be fully cleaned and degreased prior to application of any sealants, fillers, or adhesives to not compromise adhesion.
