Rutland City Public Schools seeks proposals from interested two-way radio equipment companies for planning and installation at all RCPS Buildings. The goal is to achieve safer, more efficient cross-district communication in Rutland City Public School (RCPS) buildings. This effort is funded using Federal Emergency and Secondary Relief (ESSER) dollars and all federal, state, and local guidelines apply to the use of these funds.
