The gateway will include point of sales terminals utilized with Tyler Cashiering at Town sites and a website shopping cart-payment portal that interfaces with MUNIS Citizens Self Service (CSS). Both Tyler Cashiering and MUNIS CCS are solutions developed and sold by Tyler Technologies. This RFP contains an Additional Users clause in Special Term and Conditions.

Merchant Services Provider must be able to interface with Tyler Technologies (Incode Utility Billing, Cashiering, Centralized Collections) and with Harris Computer (tax software). The City is seeking a vendor to enable its customers to electronically process all consumer credit card and debit card payments made across multiple payment environments, including through, Point of Sale and recurring draft.

Accounting Software The Countys accounting software is New World ERP by Tyler Technologies. The County is currently implementing new features including Miscellaneous Billing, Tyler Payments, and Tyler Cashiering.
