The City of Clermont is seeking proposals to replace its current permitting software system, TRAKiT, from Central Square Technologies. The proposed software must integrate with existing city software, including Munis from Tyler Technologies, an ESRI-based geographic information system (GIS), and existing document imaging software (LaserFiche).

The city intends to utilize current technologies to better meet the needs of the public and its users and provide a complete multi-user, module-based permitting software solution for the Building Services Department.
Tyler Technologies’ familiarity with and institutional granular knowledge of the MSPB business process is essential to this effort and will prevent unnecessary repetition of effort, expenditure, and use of resources.
