Provide all labor and material as required for a complete turnkey installation, including new RTU, all demolition/disposal, electrical, BMS integration, gas piping, commissioning, manufacturer’s start-up, complete air and water balancing of the existing system, extended warranty, manufacturer maintenance agreement, permit and all parts or equipment required for a fully operational and functional system.
