The Umpqua National Forest is seeking a request for proposals for the repair of three sites with slide failures of the road embankment and/or ground located in the Umpqua National Forest in Douglas County, Oregon.
This project is to conduct fuels reduction in Umpqua National Forest, OR. The work will be performed on the Diamond Lake Ranger District on the Umpqua National Forest in southwest Oregon. Units are located along Forest Road 4795. Refer to attached SOW.
