The underground sanitary sewer system was installed as part of the construction and must be validated as adequate and code compliant. Limited reporting in the sanitary system’s installation and condition is available. The work includes, but is not limited to, miscellaneous site improvements in the form of general landscaping, roads, parking, drainage, connection to all utility lines and site/security lighting.
Work includes removal of an existing EPDM roof and roof insulation and replacement with SBS modified bitumen built-up roofing with new insulation; repair of existing exterior finishes and application of new Direct Exterior Finish System (DEFS); removal and replacement of concrete flooring, installation of new below-grade foundation drainage system and repair of existing connections to underground sanitary and storm sewer systems; demolition and removal
