The Great Lakes Acquisition Center (NCO 12), Department of Veterans Affairs, is seeking information from sources capable of providing all labor, material, equipment, tools and supplies to perform Class A and Class B operator services for monthly and annual monitoring of the Underground Storage Tanks (UST), and Above Ground Storage Tanks (AST), as listed in Attachment A, and shall conduct monthly and annual monitoring of these storage tanks, located

MONTHLY visual inspections of the Gasoline Dispensing System consisting of the following components: Two 10,000 gallon underground gasoline storage tanks, two mixing dispensers equipped with two nozzles each, two turbine sumps and associated piping and one Veeder-Root TLS-350 Electronic Monitoring System. The results of each inspection shall be recorded in a monthly inspection report in accordance federal and state requirements.

The contractor will perform all work in compliance with Title 23 California Code of Regulations Chapter 16 - Underground Storage Tank Regulations (23 CCR 16).
