Description Scope of Services The County of Stanislaus Department of Planning and Community Development (County) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced underwriters and/or placement agents in connection with the potential refunding of the County’s two outstanding tax allocation bonds (2003 TABs and 2005 TABs).

The A&M System will use the responses to this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) as a basis for qualifying firms to serve in particular roles, including senior manager, co-manager underwriters, selling group members, and placement agents (the “Qualified Pool”). It is the intent of the A&M System to utilize firms from the Qualified Pool in conjunction with debt issuance undertaken during the Qualification Period.
