The U.S. Geological Survey, Reston Stable Isotope Laboratory (RSIL) conducts research on the use of stable hydrogen and oxygen isotope ratios of organic material. RSIL seeks a new vacuum-equilibration preparation system for measurement of nonexchangeable hydrogen and oxygen isotopes in organic material by isotope-ratio mass spectrometry (IRMS), and technical support. Requirements are provided under Specifications/Salient Characteristics, section B.2.This is a firm fixed-price contract.
