BACKGROUND:The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility (CCHCF) is requesting for offers for a contractor to deliver Cabinets for Government Quarters (housing units) in strict accordance to the attached Specifications. Per FAR 6.302-1(c)(2) CCHCF has identified a specific brand name, but will accept brand-name or equal descriptions.
One (1) Site-Built Air Handling Unit/System in strict accordance with Enclosure 1, Draft BSA Purchase Order No.375464 inclusive of BSA Specification No.13772, B-510 Replace AC-7, dated January 30, 2020 or equivalent.
The work will include the Installation of twenty (20) windows/ seven (7) door units which shall be in in strict accordance with the installation shop drawings prepared by the Pella window company. All work will be inspected by historic preservation Architect, Able City, LLP., located at 901 Victoria Street, Suite A, Laredo, Texas, 78040. This project is working with funding through the Texas Department of Transportation.
