The University of Houston seeks to contract with a full-service marketing firm, with a proven track record in the development and implementation of full-service strategic marketing campaign(s) to support the operations of the University of Houston (UH).
The University of Houston System (“Owner”) is soliciting Qualifications (as defined below) for the selection of a Construction Manager at Risk (“CMaR”) for the Parking Garage #5 (the “Project”) on the campus of the University of Houston. This is the first step of the two-step process, the second step being a Request for Proposals (RFP). 1.2 Project Site.
The proposed site for the Project is located on the north side of the main campus of the University of Houston in Lot 18A at Entrance 18 and can be accessed by using Elgin Street.
