The purpose of this acquisition is to award a sole source Firm Fixed-Price Purchase Oder to Atlantic Diving Supply for the purchase of Four USCG small Unmanned Aviation Systems (sUAS), Skydio X2D and Sixteen SKYDIO X2 BATTERY part number SKYX2BAT100NA. Only one source is capable of providing the supplies at the level of quality required because the supplies are unique and highly specialized.
