TREATED AND UNTREATED ROCK SALT AND SOLAR SALT FOR THE COUNTY OF MERCER AND THE MERCER COUNTY COOPERATIVE CONTRACT PURCHASING SYSTEM FOR A PERIOD OF TWO (2) YEARS
Treated Rock Salt 250 Tons 4. Untreated Rock Salt 150 Tons The following product information has been used as a Basis of Specification for this bid.
For these tests, a thin layer of less than 75-µm coal dust will be distributed on top of a layer of either treated or untreated rock dust. Testing will compare relative flame propagation distances, flame velocity, and explosion intensity (impulse) for coal dust layer on top of dry untreated rock dust to those obtained with that same layer of coal dust on top of dry treated rock dust.
