VAMC is seeking a revision of the current plan to bring it into compliance with regulatory requirements and to update numerous changes since the approval of the current SPCCP and ICP dated February 2013. The revised document shall be written in plain English and user-friendly. The contractor shall review the installation s current SPCCP, ICP, and any other information needed for the SPCCP revision, update, and reorganization.

SPCC Plan Updates
Technical support for Annual SPCC minor update and periodic regulatory compliance tasks The contractor shall perform an annual basic update of the existing SPCC plan in MS word® and PDF format. The contractor shall provide responses to two rounds of VAMC comments to draft updates. Provide a final PDF format document and six(6) three-ring bound copies of the SPCC annually.
