The primary updates include adding the contractor checkloading options, adding a reference to the Supplement for Turkey Products on certification requirement options and adding a direct hyperlink to the updated specification within the Supplement for Turkey Products.

Primary updates include increasing the date processed from 60 days to 90 days, allow the use of antimicrobial agent(s) in the marinating solution, adding the grading or auditing certification option and Contractor Checkloading, and discontinuation of Supplement 801.
