PROJECT TITLE: Design Build (DB) Upgrade Exhaust System Fume Hood 3A304, PROJ 548-23-102 CONTRACT TYPE: Design Build (DB), Firm Fixed Price PROJECT SUMMARY: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials and design build services necessary for the following work: The lab located in 4A-304 is not properly venting fumes and potentially harmful vapors remain in the occupied space.
Project Description: Design services for the upgrade and relocation of lab exhaust fans for the Agriculture Addition Building and the upgrade of lab exhaust system at the Animal Science/Molecular Biology Building. An Optional Pre-Bid walk through will be held July 6, 2021, 10:00 am (MDT), in the Service Building Conference Room 130, University of Wyoming, Laramie, WY.
The MEP upgrades will consist of updating the exhaust fan system for the added new fume hoods, exhaust controls, misc. added electric circuitry, plumbing upgrades for Air, Gas and fume hood cup sinks. The design for plumbing disconnection and reconnection. The MEP upgrades will also consist of an alternate look at upgrading the ceiling lightning.
