Request for Qualifications: Design-Build Services: Electrical Infrastructure Upgrade Statements of Qualifications Submittals will be received by Washington State University, Facilities Services, from firms interested in providing Progressive Design-Build services for electrical infrastructure upgrades on the Pullman campus of Washington State University.

The renovations will consist of: interior demolition and construction; hazardous materials abatement; roof replacement; window replacement; full mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system upgrades; restroom removal and construction; security system replacement; and full fire protection upgrades. Progressive collapse structural reinforcement of the 3-story building (1109) will also be required.
