Pursuant to Texas Government Code, Section 2167.054, TFC is soliciting offers for 9,440 SF of usable space, consisting of 5,440 SF of office space, 1,500 SF of vehicle storage/workshop space, and 2,500 SF of outdoor storage space in the City of Amarillo, Potter County or Randall County, Texas, under the guidelines provided in Texas Government Code, Chapter 2167.
The City’s RFP is directed to interested and qualified owners (Proposer) of real property for the lease approximately 3,800 square feet of usable office space from November 1, 2021 to October 31, 2026. All proposals shall be submitted in strict conformance with the instructions contained in the RFP document. Requests for Proposals shall be filed no later than Tuesday, October 26, 2021 at 2:00PM.
While the parcel is a generous size, after accounting for required easements and stream valley buffers, the usable park space will be about 1.5 acres. Creating a park design that incorporates open space for recreation and small community gatherings and maximizing the useable space requires careful thought and balance.

Must be able to provide 2 parking spaces by the building and adequate on or off-street parking to accommodate the public and jurors within one block of the building. Reposition/Rotate the remaining bulk milk tank 90 Degrees to increase usable space in milk processing area. Build wall to deck with door separating milk processing equipment from Milk Holding Room. The new wall must be washable on both sides. Install Hose Port in new wall. Install new FRP door/frame with vision tempered glass. Terminate Electrical to pasteurizer and one bulk milk tank. Run new service lines for remaining bulk milk tank.
The Army Corps of Engineers (hereafter the “Government”) is requesting to lease up to and not to exceed 30,000 square feet of usable contiguous space in Huntsville, Alabama for use by a government agency. This space could potentially be co-located with another requirement of 6,550 square feet. A co-location space would require a shared common space and should be noted in the bid that it will be for both spaces.
