Pursuant to Texas Government Code, Section 2167.054, TFC is soliciting offers for 4,822 sq. ft. of usable office space in the City of Amarillo, Potter County, Texas, under the guidelines provided in Texas Government Code, Chapter 2167.
The Department of the Army is requesting to lease approximately 36,500 square feet of usable contiguous space in Huntsville, Alabama for use by a government agency. Requested space must be fully serviced and in a building that can either be customized or built to suit the Governments needs and security requirements. The term required is ten (10) years total comprised of one (1) year firm with nineteen (9) additional option years.
The Army Corps of Engineers (hereafter the “Government”) is requesting to lease up to and not to exceed 6,500 square feet of usable contiguous space in Huntsville, Alabama for use by a government agency. This space could potentially be co-located with another requirement of 30,000 square feet. A co-location space would require a shared common space and should be noted in the bid that it will be for both spaces.
