The US Agency for International Development’s Mission to Djibouti (USAID/Djibouti) is in the process of designing a new Workforce Development (WFD) Activity, henceforth referred to as “the activity”, to support Djibouti’s efforts to increase youth employment in a way that is equitable and sustainable.
Agency for International Development's Mission to Djibouti (USAID/Djibouti) is in the preliminary stages of designing a new activity, henceforth referred to as “the New Basic Education Activity” or simply “the activity”, to support Djibouti’s efforts to improve inclusive, equitable access to quality basic education. The activity will serve as a follow-on to the current Djibouti Early Grade Reading Activity (DEGRA) described below.

This position will be located in the Front Office of USAID/Ethiopia and reports directly to the Deputy Mission Director, USAID/Ethiopia.The S/DOC Specialist will service the needs of USAID/Ethiopia and USAID/Djibouti (for detail solicitation, see the attachment).
