This solicitation is to provide floating barge crane service to remove the Allied Marine Crane model TK20-50 and associated parts from the US Coast Guard Cutter OBION (WLR-65503) as specified in the attached statement of work.This solicitation will result in a firm fixed price contract awarded to the Lowest Priced offeror.NAICS code is 532490. Size standard is $35 million.
The Contractor shall furnish all necessary facilities, labor materials, services, equipment, supplies, accessories, consumables, and such other things necessary, except as otherwise specified, to perform drydock repairs and alterations to the USCGC OBION and BARGE, in accordance with the contract and specifications.
If the repairs cannot be completed within the timeline or the location where USCGC OBION is currently moored, the vendor shall provide tow services in addition to temp services (potable water, sewage and electrical connection) to the cutter during the duration of the repair.This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in
