The contractor shall be responsible for the provisioning, Local Area Network (LAN) management, desktop hardware and software support services, HUD test center operations, system integration support and SharePoint administration to meet or exceed HUD's current End User Services support functions consistent with the assigned Contractor functions.The End User Support Services provided under the current contract are integral to OCIO's capabilities.

The award includes FFP CLINs and Optional Service Desk – End User Support Services Tasks. All Optional Service Desk – End User Support Services Task items are pre-priced labor hours and may be exercised multiple times as necessary.
HUD’s End User Support services contract was modifted as a bridge action adding option 1 and opton 2 non-competitively in accordance with the attached JOFCO and Justification documents, until a new competitive replacement award is made.
