Agency for International Development's (USAID) Office of Food for Peace (FFP), is seeking offers from qualified U.S. citizens to provide personal services as a Knowledge Management and Organizational Learning Advisor under a United States Personal Services Contract (USPSC), as described in the attached solicitation.Submittals must be in accordance with the attached information at the place and time specified.

The Knowledge Management and Organizational Learning (KMOL) Specialist/Advisor will ensure that the DRG Center’s systems and processes, as well as staff’s utilization of them, enable the creation, organization, storage, accessibility, and dissemination of the needed and relevant DRG technical information to improve planning, decision making, and programmatic results.

The DRG Center produces and uses a vast amount of information and knowledge.
