Under the supervision of the Deputy Office Director of USAID/Ukraine’s Office of Health or designee, the Senior Global Health Security (GHS) Technical Advisor will provide staff management of one Foreign Service National position in the Office of Health and senior technical expertise across the USAID/Ukraine Mission and with USG partners to ensure the well‐coordinated and effective implementation of the USG GHS portfolio in Ukraine.
This USPSC will also be available to deploy and provide fast, flexible assistance to USAID Missions overseas.The DRG Center requires the work of this U.S. Personal Services Contractor (USPSC) in order to bolster its ability to respond to the needs of USAID missions for short- to long-term DRG expertise and assistance, including training, knowledge management and learning support.
