Description: Winston-Salem/ Forsyth County Utilities is contemplating the renovation of the 11,700 square foot Utilities Field Operations building with the possibility of adding an additional 1500 – 3000 square feet connected to the existing structure if necessary.

Description: The Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Utilities Field Operations (UFO) office needs emergency stand-by power for numerous buildings at the site. The emergency stand-by power will come from an existing Caterpillar C18 diesel generator. This generator will need to be transported from Muddy Creek wastewater treatment plant to UFO.

Description: The Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Utilities Commission desires to contract its mowing and weed control operations.  The areas to be serviced are listed by contract in the proposal section of these specifications. It shall be the bidder’s responsibility to familiarize themselves with requirements and any constraints and to visit the sites of the proposed work prior to submitting a proposal.

Materials will be delivered to the Town of Jupiter Utilities Field Operations Warehouse at 3133 Washington Street, Jupiter, Florida. Bid pricing shall not include sales and use tax as the Town is exempt from paying sales and use tax in the State of Florida. The Town will provide a certificate of tax exemption with the purchase order for procurement of the items included in the awarded bid. Bid pricing shall include delivery costs.
