NOTICE TO BIDDERS iii PROJECT INFORMATION In general, the project consists of undergrounding of existing dry utilities and restoration of paving in affected areas. The project estimated construction cost is $315,000 Contract time is established as 30 working days. The fixed liquidated damages amount is established at $500 per day for failure to complete the work within the contract time.
