The Government intends to award a purchase order to the University of Oklahoma in Norman, OK.Sole Source Justification:The government must purchase utility services directly from the University of Oklahoma (OU) in accordance with the lease agreement between OU and the National Weather Service. The KCRI radar compound is located on land that is owned by OU. The utility lines that deliver needed services are owned and maintained by OU.

There are several utility lines within the project area that are critical to UWG’s infrastructure, so care must be taken by the contractor to work around those utilities and keeping them active during construction.
