Summary: The Scope of Work shall consist of replacing the service feeders between the Dominion Virginia Power pad mounted transformer and each appartement meter base and the utility building service switchboard. The new feeders will be run up to the existing transformer for termination by Dominion Virginia Power. This project requires the awardee to provide all labor, materials, equipment,tools, permits, supervision, and transportation necessary to provide Commercial Meter Replacement Services in accordance with the scope of services/work, terms and conditions specified in the solicitation.

The Contractor shall serve notice to all suppliers of utilities to the building to be demolished, and have the utility suppliers disconnect the services and remove all meters and equipment belonging to them.
