T29747 GIS Utility Network Model Migration Abstract: This RFP is being advertised to secure a qualified provider of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) professional service to migrate the storm water, water, and wastewater utility geodatabases into the ESRI Utility Network Model. This RFP is for a three (3) year contract with two (2), one (1) year options to renew, for a maximum five-year contract term.

ESRI has already stopped releasing newer versions of ArcMap, and all new functionality is focused on the Utility Network and ArcGIS Pro. City of Prince George (the “City) is seeking a proposal from a qualified consultant to provide a detailed roadmap of how to move our water assets from stand-alone feature classes (not in a geometric or utility network) to the utility network model. We would like to move to the utility network to be able to take advantage of network tracing and isolation, as well as getting off of the geometric network for some of our assets before support ends.
