In order to obtain permits to replace utility owned poles in Erie County's right-of- way, ErieNet requires professional engineering services to prepare exhibit maps to include with the permit applications for these pole replacements. Services requested include Development Permits, Encroachment Permits and Utility Permit Inspections to supplement the City's current inspection staff, in addition to construction administration services. We propose to select a few qualified firms and their staff to provide these services on an hourly on-call/as-needed basis to assist with various projects.
The selected firm will be required to provide any needed Topographic Survey, Pavement Design, Geotechnical Services, Environmental Documentation, all Permit Applications, Utility Coordination, Design Plans, Traffic Management Plan, IHCP waiver request and Construction Phase Services. The INDOT Project Manager and the Consultant will schedule the Scoping Meeting within two (2) weeks of the Notice of Selection.
