This involves fully investigating underground utilities through use of ground penetrating radar, or similar method, to locate depths and types of utilities for connections or for relocation. The VA will provide information based on past and current projects however, verification is the responsibility of the A/E. Provide for the relocation of exterior utilities in the design.
Right-of-Way Services Consultant will provide right-of-way services including conditional utility permitting, notification letters to adjacent property owners along right-of-way, and coordination with utility companies for utility location. 3. The selected firm will be required to provide all Environmental Documentation, all Permits, Public Hearing/Public Involvement, Topographic Survey, Utility Coordination, Design, and Construction Phase Services. Additional services may also be required, such as, Wetland Mitigation, Archaeological Investigations, Historical/Architectural Investigations, and Subsurface Utility Engineering.
