The consultant shall anticipate that the schedule may potentially be utilized to provide information to the City Council related to a preliminary timeline of events. It is anticipated that the schedule shall be detailed enough to show the duration of the design, construction, and closeout milestones based upon the firm historical records for a project of this nature.
