The Plant currently uses the Trojan UV4000, an ultraviolet (“UV”) system, for disinfection. The manufacturer stopped supporting this system as of July 2022, so the City wishes to replace the UV disinfection system with an upgraded UV disinfection system. The Ultraviolet Disinfection Replacement Project (Project) was initiated in the Spring of 2022 to replace the existing system.
