Amendment 0001 is being issued due to a change in specifications. Installation is now required:Contractor shall install sign. Work shall be performed during regularly schedule facility hours (7:30 am - 4:00 pm; Mon - Fri). Contractor shall provide equipment as necessary to minimize debris in and around work areas. Contractor shall clean surfaces impacted by installation work and remove any debris created by the installation from this project. Contractor shall notify the Technical Liaison (TL) prior to any issues affecting project completion or delivery date as soon as practical.

1) This Synopsis/Solicitation Notice is to announce the U.S. Department of Interior (DOI), U.S. Geological Survey has a requirement for a NEW BUILDING ENTRANCE SIGN in accordance with the attached solicitation.2) The synopsis/solicitation number is 140G0223Q0175 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).3) The award for this requirement shall be made using the policies in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commerical Items, and in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award prescribed in FAR 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commerical Items, as appropriate for this acquisition.
