General: This is a non-personal services contract to provide a unit level Validation Exercise (VALEX). The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.
This requirement is for a reliable and flexible Contractor to provide equipment, personnel, and exercise support for the 75th Ranger Regiment, Regimental Military Intelligence Battalion, Military Intelligence Company, Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Support Team (HST) validation exercise (VALEX) to be conducted twice a year thru base yearplus four (4).
